Despite the fact we’ve been supporting experts for over 15 years, 2024 felt different.

2024 was Year Of The Expert. Inspired by the fact more people marked an X on a ballot paper than at any other point in history, we set out to champion and support as many experts as possible engage with the media in an impactful way.

It was quite the undertaking. We recorded an audio diary every week (see below) and travelled up and down the country talking to journalists, experts, press officers – anyone and everyone with an insight we thought might help experts.

We hosted webinars and online surgeries. We held events and bribed experts with warm white wine and underwhelming sandwiches. We reassured, cajoled, and hopefully persuaded a few to change their attitude and embrace the mainstream media. It tilted our perspective as well, which felt brilliant.

We’ve now distilled hundreds of hours of audio, conversations, insights and advice into a 60 minute keynote. Entitled 12 Months To Reclaim The Airwaves it feels like the most worthwhile thing we’ve ever done.
